David Andrascik

With a lifelong passion for homes, design, and entrepreneurship, David Andrascik brings a rare blend of hands-on experience, business education, and real-world innovation to every project he builds.
David’s foundation in construction and renovation was built early through years of hands-on property renovations, paired with six years of professional experience in every department at The Home Depot, the world’s leading home improvement retailer. There, he gained extensive knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and cost-effective solutions—insight that continues to influence how he designs and builds today.
A graduate of the Duquesne University Business School, David combines practical building expertise with a strong financial and operational mindset. His approach is simple but powerful: create beautiful, thoughtfully designed homes that remain attainable—without cutting corners or sacrificing quality.
An avid traveler, David draws inspiration from architecture, layouts, and lifestyle design seen throughout the country and abroad. These ideas are carefully adapted into modern, functional homes that feel upscale while remaining efficient and livable for everyday families.
Beyond construction, David is also an inventor and entrepreneur. He holds two patented products that have been successfully sold in retail stores for over 15 years, a testament to his creativity, attention to detail, and long-term commitment to quality.
David is married, a proud father to his daughter, and lives in North Huntingdon, where he remains deeply connected to the local community he builds in and serves.
